For more than twenty-five years, I have worked with international clients, selecting exceptional places, services and experiences. That experience has taught me how to recognise a property's character, assess the quality of its service and understand what truly matters to a guest.
Through ESPERIDE Private Travel, I create bespoke journeys, personally selecting every experience. Through ESPERIDE Studio, I bring my expertise to luxury hotels, private properties and high-end hospitality operators looking to improve their offering and strengthen their position in the market.
00 / Origins
An Italian story, reimagined.
I founded Esperide Viaggi in Italy in 2005. Seven years later, the agency was selected as the winner of a national competition involving more than 600 Italian travel agencies. The prize was a complete redesign by internationally renowned architect and designer Simone Micheli.
The Pantone 389 C acid green, sculptural forms and confident visual character introduced through that project remain part of ESPERIDE today. The business has evolved, but the instinct behind it has not: curiosity, attention to detail and the determination to create something unmistakably its own.

Whether I am shaping a journey or a visual identity, I look first for what is distinctive — what has character, what feels true and what deserves attention. My role is to filter, connect and give form to what matters, making choices through experience and personal judgment rather than formulas or trends.

ESPERIDE Studio
From guest experience to commercial strategy.
ESPERIDE Studio provides advisory services to luxury hotels, private properties and high-end hospitality operators.
I work directly with owners and management teams to assess their offering, improve the guest experience and identify new commercial opportunities. Every engagement is tailored to specific needs, with clearly defined objectives, timelines and scope.

I assess the experience through the eyes of the guest, from service standards and the use of spaces to dining and the details that shape a stay. I identify strengths, areas for improvement and opportunities to make the experience better.
- 02Positioning & Brand Direction
I help properties define their identity, bring out what makes them distinctive and communicate it consistently. From the hospitality concept to the brand's visual identity, every decision should reflect the character of the property.
- 03Commercial Strategy & Market Development
I work alongside owners and management teams on new openings, commercial relationships and expansion into new markets. My focus includes positioning, partnerships and sales opportunities, with particular attention to high-end international clientele.
02 / The founder
A career built between Italy and the Middle East.
I am Jessica Sirenio, founder of ESPERIDE and a qualified technical director in the travel industry.
More than twenty-five years of experience with an international clientele have taught me above all how to choose: to recognise what can give a journey character and make it memorable, and to know when to suggest something and when to leave space.
In Dubai, where I lived for eight years, I came to know the Middle East and its culture of hospitality first-hand, while working with luxury clients from around the world. That experience now guides ESPERIDE Private Travel: for me, a journey is not a package of services, but an experience shaped around the person.
Technology helps me develop ideas. Experience and personal judgment guide the final choices.
